  What a waste of time.Asked Castle blind to give us a price for colonial shutters.Rep came and measured up and gave us a price to which we agreed. Several weeks later when the same man was supposed to come and carry out the detailed measuring we got a phone call half a hour after he was meant to be arriving to tell us he had given us the wrong price and it would be more than double what he quoted.WHAT A WASTE OF AFTERNOON OF WORK.Thank you Castle blinds.The best bit is we had a phone call the day before to remind us he would be calling.Why not tell us then so I could have cancelled my half day holiday.The customer service is BLINDING.
